Weyhill Estates at Upper Saucon is located within the highly-regarded Southern Lehigh School District. The Weyhill Estates project was a single-family luxury home community offering 6 distinct home designs with 23 exterior styles. Muschlitz performed all site preparation including excavation, grading, wet and dry utilities, final grading, and paving.
