Project Description

Covering 281 acres in Northampton, PA, this sprawling industrial complex is a true testament to the capabilities of Muschlitz Excavating. With 5 buildings totaling more than 2.2M square feet of under roof space, it was no simple undertaking. With construction beginning in 2021 and final completion in 2024, NBC required constant coordination with several grading, paving and utility crews on-site. This project also required a large HOP improvement project at both ends of the site, including a complete realignment and design of Seamsville Rd.
